Ege Exporters’ Associations reported 10.8 thousand tonnes of fig paste export registrations for 15 Oct 2025–27 Jun 2026, with an aggregate average unit value of about $3.95/kg. These are statistical export values, not current quotations.

Important standards note
Whole-dried-fig standards should not be copied onto processing ingredients.
UNECE DDP-14 covers dried figs intended for direct consumption and explicitly excludes dried figs intended for processing. Industrial fig paste and cut formats therefore need buyer- and producer-specific specifications rather than assumptions copied from the whole-fruit standard.
